Reuel is a Senior Programme Director at Arcadis and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineer. He has over 30 years’ experience working with major clients on significant infrastructure schemes. Reuel is a strategic business thinker with a deep understanding of all aspects of the infrastructure sector and the megatrends influencing it now and into the future. He has significant experience managing complex major projects and programmes of work on behalf of Government and Private sector clients. He also works in an advisory capacity providing strategic practical insight for infrastructure asset funders, owners and operators. Of his many career highlights, his work on the London 2012 Olympics stands out for him. He was the Programme and Finance Director for Transport, responsible for designing and setting up the delivery organisation and mobilising the programme and he also acted as the Project Director responsible for bringing the Olympic Javelin high speed shuttle into service.
